We provide non-emergency medical transportation throughout the entire state of Oklahoma and parts of Texas, however we are based in Oklahoma City and support all of the surrounding communities. We also accommodate both local and longer-distance trips when needed, no distance is too far.

Do you work with healthcare facilities and insurance providers?

Yes. Transport Link partners with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, dialysis clinics, and care coordinators. We also accept private-pay clients and can work with insurance or contracted billing arrangements when applicable.

How do I schedule a ride?

Rides can be scheduled by phone on our website by hitting "schedule a ride" and Completing the form. We recommend scheduling in advance whenever possible to ensure availability, especially for recurring medical appointments. If you have a contract with us, the rides will be scheduled with one of our scheduling coordinators.

What types of transportation do you provide?

We offer ambulatory, wheelchair-accessible, and stretcher transportation depending on the patient’s mobility needs. Each service is designed to ensure safe, comfortable, and appropriate transport.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept credit card payments for private rides. For healthcare facilities and contracted partners, we offer flexible invoicing options to support streamlined billing and coordination.

How far in advance should I schedule transportation?

We recommend scheduling as early as possible, especially for dialysis, discharge, or recurring appointments. However, we do our best to accommodate same-day or urgent requests when availability allows.

Do you provide transportation for hospital discharges?

Yes. We coordinate directly with families, hospitals and discharge planners to provide safe and timely transportation from hospital to home or care facility.

Is your service safe and reliable?

Yes. Safety is our top priority. Our team is trained to assist passengers with care and professionalism, and our vehicles are maintained to ensure safe, comfortable transport for every trip.

Can anyone accompany the passenger?

Yes, in most cases one family member or caregiver may escort the passenger, depending on the type of transport and any applicable safety or facility guidelines.

How is transportation paid for?

Transportation may be covered by healthcare facilities such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, or nursing facilities in contracted situations. For private rides, we accept major credit cards, and facilities may also be invoiced directly under established agreements.

Do you offer recurring transportation services?

Yes. We provide recurring transportation for patients who require ongoing trips such as dialysis, physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other scheduled medical appointments. We work with both individuals and healthcare facilities to ensure consistent and reliable scheduling.

Do you accept Medicaid or SoonerCare?

We can provide transportation services for Medicaid or SoonerCare-eligible members when authorized or coordinated through approved programs or facility arrangements. Private-pay and facility-billed options are also available depending on eligibility and service agreements.
